I went in ti get my young son some food. He isn't a big eater but he wanted to try two different meals. They had a 2 meat option but I know it was way too much food. I simply asked them if they could take a smaller portion of the meats and charge me the regular price. They refused. When I said I would go to the other asian food place she picked up the phone and called the other place to tell them not to do it either. She laughed while she did it. That food chain has lost me as a customer forever. I refuse to eat in a place run by people like that. Since when are the customers the enemy. They are ignorant of what customer relations should be and that is really the problem these days. They act like we have to eat there... Like we have top givbe our hard earned money to them. I, for one, will never give them my money. I would rather go hungry.
